We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, with all tags and seals intact.
Want a different product instead? Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same 30-day window as returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Salon appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit.
