3. Fulfillment Methods

We offer two fulfillment options:

Ship to Address: Orders are shipped via our carrier partners. Delivery times vary by selected shipping method and destination.
In-Store Pickup: Orders may be picked up at our store location free of charge. You will be notified via SMS when your order is ready.

4. Salon Services and Bookings

Salon appointments can be booked through our website. A confirmation will be sent via SMS to the phone number provided at booking. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
